This company is terrible. My condo association uses them for washers and driers. They just appeared one day without telling anybody and install a camera and a system when we have to pay through their app. They left the option of a coin which doesn't work. They took my money and now I can't get a refund. I tried to call 3 times waiting 30 minutes and when finally got connected, I hear 2 women talking about their personal business and avoiding me. I will never use machines in my building again. From now on I have to go to a laundromat. company and I would not advise anybody to use them.Ter
