Als why is my loan a fixed at 4.75 .That is userous and discriminatory in nature.Why am I in a forebearance rogram and threatens through memos sent in mail.Need to talk to a loan officer to extend or change my equity loan status .I can never get through.My house is in excess of 850,000dollars And the loan amount is $270,000.Wow thats a secure loan .Looking to go elsewhere if you choose not to call me directly.Thank-you.Ricky 714 235-****
