Checked in at 1113 pm. Awoke at 1257 bedbugs all over me and my face. Seens how I am checking out at 430 am no point in trying to transfer to another room. I want a refund this experience has made me rethink whyndam hotels. Also booked on website for 97$ total when I arrived to check in total was 117$ shady at best. Is this how you Treat your rewards members? Also how is there not a 24/7 customer service. You are in the hospitality industry and most of your customers are using your service outside of business hours User's recommendation: Don't stay here.
