Keyboard key melted into my keyboard!!!!!!!

While playong my game just now . My keyboard started actong crasy and typing on its own. I sgarted to smell plastoc my f11 key then melted into my keyboard. Are you serious lol..... its not suppose to do this. This could easy have caught my house on fire woth my wofe amd kid home while im working. I have pictures i cant attach in your websitss page .......
