I received this kit on 2/10/21 @9:36 am. It was opened about one hour later and discovered the charging cable was missing. This kit is useless without it. Customer service was immediately contacted and was connected to a rep whose name I believe was Kevin. I explained the problem and was told I "would get a new one" or words to that affect. It is now March 2andI have heard/received nothing. Please advise. User's recommendation: I do not have one at this time.
