Poor Customer Service = Incompetence at the leadership level

For those of you who are complaining about poor customer service tighten your seat belts. This poor service environment is affecting all of Dominion with the company pushing their diversity agenda at the expense of competent and knowledgeable leadership its only going to get worst . Unfortunately when diversity trumps individuals skills knowledge and abilities it creates a environment for failure Diversity is good for the best all around team but not when subject matter competence is ignored..
