Somehow Dominion's went missing last month, a total oversight. He's on the budget plan and I asked for a week to pay in full... about$175. All three reps said no. I'm broke this week, so is he. But after 46 years and an excellent payment history at the same address, we couldn't get a week?!? It was a stupid mistake, thought I paid it really, it's been a hard month or two for both of us healthwise. They should call it consumer service, not customer. How many hoops will I have to go through to get him back on the plan for an account that will be current in 7 days, that's been on budget for at least 10 years?
