I booked flight in January 2020, however due to the pandemic I had to cancel same. I have been attempting to contact your service to get a credit for these however could not get onto anyone. When i contacted Qantas they provided a credit for the flights however could not give me the voucher as you still have the money from me. I am seeking a refund or a credit so i can book more flights. I am unhappy with the limited and poor contact from your service and request that you respond as soon as possible as I have been waiting for over a year. User's recommendation: Do not book.
