I haven’t got my $100 deposit back to my bank account

On 03/29/2021 super 8 hotel collected $100 deposit from my checking account but they never credit me back. I ask the front desk many times about it but nothing happened. Its been more than 2 months. I even put a very nice comment about the good customer service I received at my staying there under my name, Tony rad. Please solve this problem. Im in a bad situation and I can use my $100 deposit now. Thank you Tony Rad
