02/20/21 8:05 Needed a handicap accessible room, information not available on Booking.com, called Super 8 in Liberty, Mo, the location I needed. Spoke with front desk, inquired about handicap accessible room, walk in showers, and non smoking availability. Confirmed availability and took my name and phone number, stating they would call me back once the reservation was completed. Called again at 8:20, advised reservation not made yet but room was being held, again informed they would call me once the reservation was complete. Called again at 8:40, again told reservation not yet complete but room was being held. Called at 12:40 PM, spoke to manager Sarah who advised no handicap room was available. Refused to give regional managers contact information. Poor service, discriminative practices. User's recommendation: Don’t stay at Super 8.
