Customer service with this company is horrible. I have been directed to so many different places to type my grievance with my order. THE PHONE NUMBERS DO NOT WORK!!!!!!!! The neck cream that I ordered did not come with the order. I only received the bonus face wash that came with the skinmedica neck cream. User's recommendation: Do not order from this company. I will dispute any charges on my credit card.
