I have purchased a 32" smart tv Model Number KALED32QH9000SKA. Currently I can not turn the set off it does not respond to the remote control. Is there any way I can verify weather it justs needs a new remote or is their a checking process that I can go through to see if it is the actual set. If it is just the remote how can I purchase a new oe and how much would it cost.
