Just no follow up/ Never got any ideas, could hear ringing, It never t a hearing test for how They tell you nothing, no support, no follow up to see if you can hear with hearing, only app for change tones expensive got so ripped off I had to learn the hard way. Now I have to go too a real hearing business . User's recommendation: Run never spend your money on this company.
