They didn’t return all of my money back

In there brochure they state if your not completely satisfied, the aids may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. I returned them within the 30 day and the held out $500 for a so called put back charge. Nothing is said about that in there brochure, they state full refund. User's recommendation: Watch out for there scam.
