I bought a sectional sofa set in March of 2020, by October one of the sofa's was broken. There was a repair guy sent out to fix the sofa in October, however in July the sofa is broke again. At this point the couch is longer under the company 1yr warranty. I personally feel like I got screwed over because the sofa broke 5 months after purchase. I have spoken to a customer service representative and was informed there's nothing that can be done. User's recommendation: Don't buy from your company.
