The product is great, but the paw points program is a joke. If t hey wanted it to work, they could insert a paper inside the bag with the code. Instead, they print something illegible on the outside which wears off quickly. If you enter the wrong code , they block you from the website. I have 40 bags stored up ( I do rescue work) but cant invest the hours it would take to redeem the points. will toss them all in the recycle and trash. User's recommendation: forget the paw points program.
