I phoned through an order (172****) on Monday to have flowers delivered on Tuesday in Victoria. Assured that Tuesday delivery would happen. But it did not. A very important daughters' birthday missed. No arrivals Wednesday despite phone calls and pleas. My daughter went to her post office on Thursday! There were the flowers. A terrible service. display, Nothing like the User's recommendation: Shop somewhere else. Or demand a refund. if it happens.

Ordered Flowers 5/1 for 6/1 delivery. Advised couldn't be delivered until 9/1, actually delivered DEAD on 11/1. After discussions with 3 staff members [not really interested], advised refund to me had been presented to Upper Management, who recently advised refund was not possible, however they would resend order, or send a Hamper in its place. No Thanks. Further actions are Ongoing. How does a Company like this be able to continue in Business? Must be a way to fix?
