Update by user Mar 02, 2021 No reimbursement was recovered.. Original review posted by user Mar 02, 2021 Troy Bilt did email me with exactly the defense I expected. Their claim was that my issue was a "dirty" carb, and NOT a defective one, I didn't take it to an "authorized" dealer for repairs when it didn't operate OFF choke (and there was no local dealer), the warranty is now expired, and they are not willing to reimburse any of my costs. I have since given the until to the person who purchased the new carb and got it running. I purchased an Ariens and would not buy any more Troy Bilt machines again. User's recommendation: Do your research and read reviews. Had I done this when I purchased the Troy Bilt, I would have avoided this problem.
