Poor product sizing and service

Ordered a halter for my new horse. I measured my old halter every way possible and ordered the size they said would fit. Ave. sized horse, 800-**** pounds. Shipping wasn't great, but I've had worse. When it came, it was way too big and no adjustments. They said I would have to pay for shipping and pay the restocking fee since I opened it. I would get about $5.00 back. I will go back to Amazon that offers no hassle returns and better customer serviceGo hopeSG User's recommendation: shop here, buy elsewhere.
