Terrible Customer Service/No Resolution

I ordered a bedroom set through Costco.com. The furniture arrived and the dresser was damaged. The transportation company wouldn't even offload it from the trailer. Abbyson wanted me to take redelivery of the furniture and said they would give me $285 off. That's not acceptable considering the price paid for the product. I didn't order a damaged dresser so I called Costco and I was told I would receive a new dresser. The second dresser arrived 4 weeks later, also damaged. I have been trying to work with the Abbyson rep and Costco for over a month going back and forth on how this would be resolved. The Abbyson rep quit responding to my inquiries and there is no way to escalate the issue. If you call them directly you can't get a hold of anyone. Even one of the Costco reps. I spoke with said they are very difficult to work with which makes me wonder why does Costco do business with them. I spoke to the transportation provider as well who said they are a difficult customer. They've had full payment since Feb. I finally told Costco to have all the furniture picked up and returned to Abbyson. User's recommendation: Buyer beware! If you order from them and have an issue don't expect any sort of resolution.
