Shipping to wrong address- Byram will not take responsibility and change

This vendor deserves only a 0 rating, not even a 1 through 5 stars. We have been dealing with this supplier for the past 5 days in trying to get the ship to address changed on my Libre sensors to my correct home address, not a previous vacation address. We have spoken to a total of 5 customer service reps and 1 manager from Byram and none of them have been able to get the job done yet. Bryam told me to call FedEx. Well, if you are not the shipper, FedEx will not change the ship to address and reroute the package. Therefore, Byram does not know FedEx procedures. Vicious circle. Sad User's recommendation: Have competent employees that can follow through and do the job.
