Follow up my order due for delivery today/My chatbox is turned off

I have been doing follow up lately with my order which is not moving in shipment but I was just told to wait by agents without even telling what really happened to my order. And worst I cannot use my chatbox to follow up at the Zalora app. Seems like I was turned off by the agent I last talked with. It was already paid online and I've been a very avid customer. This is the first time I'm getting dissappointed. Please help me received my items. Order Number:26279**** User's recommendation: always check your shipment status.
