No feedback on complaint of wrong item delivered

I ordered a SLIQUE cake cover but received a utensil holder instead. I filed a complaint together with pictures 2 weeks ago in the ZALORA site, but until now, I have not received any feedback. I have already tried calling their customer service number but its always busy. I need the correct item delivered by this week since its a gift User's recommendation: Immediate feedback and customer care lines should be available.
