After years as a member I was inexplicably marked as a spammer. I tried contacting customer service through the website, but got an error message that I couldn't contact customer service because I was marked as a spammer...and should resolve that by contacting customer service!!! I then filed a "repair ticket," but haven't gotten a response after 2 weeks. I also found the customer service email address and emailed directly, but there again, no response after 10 days (not even a form letter telling me they'd received my email). I'm beginning to think that there is in fact no customer service department, just a random mailbox where messages go to die. II User's recommendation: If you have a service issue or problem...just give up. You'll never hear back from them.
