They are awful !!!! Their emails dont work - They email you and you cant respond because when you reply to their message you get a return. To cancel service they send you to 5 different people like a ping pong ball . No one takes responsibilities. No one has access to your contract and couldnt tell you anything about it. Then eventually you connect with billing who now tells you that you have to send a letter (via mail) to legal to review and wait fir a response that can possibly be a denial. Now its been 7 weeks and still trying to cancel the contract. User's recommendation: Stay away.
