I have a question concerning one or more of Buds products that I may want to purchase. Not being able to speak with a live person about my inquiries just seems so impersonal. I recommend that potential customers make sure the company youre buying from has a live customer service department before investing into one that doesnt. No one should accept the out of sight , out of mind customer service. User's recommendation: Make sure you’re able to reach a live customer service before.
