Too Slow, Don’t Contact You When There is an Issue

Placed order online Feb 27. Now March 6th and order is still 'processing'. So I called. Was told that they didn't get my prescription until March and that I had ordered more pills than allowed (1 fill + 1/2 refill apparently can't be done at the same time). It has been a week. Why did they not email me to tell me there was something wrong?? Also, we were at my local Walgreens on Feb 27th (the same night I entered the HealthWarehouse order online) and even though their website said there would be delays in transferring prescriptions of 2 - 6 days, HealthWarehouse 'pulled' my prescription away from Walgreens within 12 hours and I could no longer get some of the pills locally as I had planned. (Remember, they told me they didn't receive my prescription until March.) I had to call the vet at night to get a SECOND prescription so I could start my cats on the med. So, as I see it, HealthWarehouse has had my prescription and my order for a week and never bothered to contact me to tell me anything was wrong until I finally called them. Poor business practice. Too many hassles.
