I have a total of $5500 in money orders that were returned to my deceased brother from homeland security. they are over a month old. the money orders were returned because the amount my brother sent for application for residency for his wife and child was too much. I now have the checks and need to return them to cash them out. I have the power of attorney and am the executor of his will. I have the Money Order Customer Request Forms. I need to now how do I proceed? what documentations do you want from me when I send the request form with the money orders.
