Unacceptable customer experience

Moved my mother from Oregon to Idaho that required address update which was done on the phone and completed without any issues. Three weeks later we received a policy cancellation notice due to change of address, was not advised when doing the change of address. Spent hours on the phone updating a new RXpolicy with some customer service employees, some were trying to be helpful and others who obviously didn't care and was eventually hung up on by a woman who was unwilling to help or dig into the details of the issues we have had in the last week. Case opened, commitments made, was told someone made a mistake, asked to speak to a "supervisor" and was hung up on. User's recommendation: Think twice before choosing United Health care.
