A history of questionable conduct, customer service

I am being kind by using the word questionable. I have endured more than a year of United Healthcares customer service departments that exist in name only. Across the board, Rx, Vision care, Dental, and Medical. I have documented calling five times with the same exact question and getting five different answers. I have documented the past year and months ago presented all accounts to United. The consumer is dependent upon information received from customer service when making decisions and yet the information given is always wrong. Financially, always affecting the consumer, negatively. I have volunteered my services as an advocate for the elderly, those companies like United target. The system is complicated and lengthy so United counts on most people to just give up! User's recommendation: Unless you have money to “throw away”, stay away from United Healthcare.
