For the past 3 years we have worked with Pauline Attallas office in Agoura Hills, CA, and it has been a nightmare. The agent is unprofessional, disorganized and the last straw for me was when she sent me an offensive email and left an incoherent and rambling voicemail message on my cell phone. I have already reached out to other insurance companies. I hope to have secured a professional and responsible insurance agent by the end of next week. I'm astonished that this woman is operating on behalf of Allstate. After nearly 20 years, she has managed to make me leave the company with her incompetence. User's recommendation: do not use this office.
