Fustration

I have an auto policy with Allstate. Everything has been perfect until my car was stolen. I was assigned a claim agent name Amy Gabriel ski. From the start our conversations weren't great. She was very short, and when i tried to get clarity or understand she would aggressively repeat herself. I always took the high road. Then it dawned on me, I'm the victim. She was treating me like I did something wrong. I haven't had any problems with Allstate until now and if they want to keep me as a customer they should have better people representing them..
