On the 27th of January 2021 I booked air Portugal flight to travel to Ghana against March 2021 through an ASAP ticket agent called Mustafa($630). Along the line in February, I received an email from ASAP ticket that the Air Portugal cancelled all it's flight for March. I tried all my possible best upon several calls to reschedule or get my refund to be able to book another air but ASAP ticket never made it happen. I have to sourced different money and booked different air line. Am back to the state and air Portugal has refunded the money to ASAP ticket but never reached my card. User's recommendation: Will never recommend anyone to purchase tickets through ASAP.
