Next, we worked with Lambert, who ghosted us when we tried an exchange. Fernando actually helped us out a bit as he helped us exchange the tickets, but in the end, we received poor service, a canceled flight with no notification from ASAP, and we lost $500 to refund fees. I would never use ASAP again, nor recommend it to anyone. Burn in *** ASAP. User's recommendation: Never Ever ever even once support this company.
