Update by user Dec 27, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I was able to order 1 item and not pay extra. It's been almost a year so I am happy to get SOMETHING!. Update by user Dec 27, 2020 I finally got someone to understand that I just wanted SOMETHING to show for this fiasco. I gave them the SCU and info for 1 item. The understanding is that I will be sent the item I chose. Original review posted by user Dec 10, 2020 I bought some things in January 2020, just before the pandemic hit. So here we are almost a year later. I note with great interest that Holapick is back in business and yet cannot honor past commitments. I write them every day and they always respond with the SAME thing.... I am so frustrated. They are not hearing nor helping me AT ALL. User's recommendation: Avoid this company. They are not honorable.
