Terrible customer service and my order has still not arrived.

I have been waiting for my order for over 1 month. I have received no communication regarding this lack of delivery until 3 days ago when I was sent an automated message awarding me 50 points for the inconvenience..... when I looked this up the 50 points is worth $0.50 and my order is still nowhere to be seen. All my friends rave about Shein; however, I have experienced nothing but disappointment. User's recommendation: never shop with shein if you have a holiday coming up.
