Multiple error charges! Customer Service HOLD times in the hours!

Didnt book travel air yet it was charged to my credit card x times. Had assurance that there was no booking yet there were charges. Exorbitant time on hold runaround drop calls hours hours of wasted time. No itinerary sent and within same time period of reassurance there was no bookings made my credit card was charged! Exorbitant Charges! Need a call back immediately (562)233-**** User's recommendation: Never.
