Complain about being over charged

Being over charged and when I asked they lied to me. Write an email already 2 days ago and no reply. Ordered 20 piece leg and thighs meal with 2 extra biscuits which I didnt get and 2 extra corn on the cob. Was charged 11.00 something for corn, when I asked why was told biscuits counted as 1 of the 2 side items, not true. Took like twenty minutes to get order, chicken was old and biscuits were hard.
