My local Suntrust branch said I would have to call to CS to pay off a Suntrust business CC from from my Suntrust business account. I did that. Suntrust CS said I would have to return to the branch to close the business checking which I did but... they never processed the CC payment yet Suntrust reopened the CC account just to charge late fees and penalties for an account which I paid the balance the day before. Then I had to repay the balance with the penalties and interest just to close the account AGAIN. User's recommendation: Suntrust only for low balance student accounts.
