I bid on item and won. Scammed out of item and money!

Bid on firearm and won the auction. Sent money order for the item as requested. After it was received by "seller", contact ended and I never received the firearm. I am out the firearm and a substantial amount of money. GunBroker had this seller listed as a verified seller! Obviously not. Have claim in progress with GunBroker. Looking for a full refund! User's recommendation: Have had mostly good experiences with GunBroker, but my final answer will depend on how this claim in handled.
