Gun Broker at the time did not have a way to pay safe. They should not take a hundred dollars off what you paid. They should screen their sellers

I won an auction almost a month ago. I paid the next day via PayPal. The seller sent me a request for $228.44 higher then the price listed with shipping because he said that it would cost more to my address. I paid his requested amount as a friend. PayPal can not help me. The money came directly out of my bank account. My bank sent me a letter saying that they can not help me. I Never received item and the seller will not return my money and will not respond to emails, phone calls or text. I filed a complaint to Gun Broker I have all the proof I paid the seller and a bank letter from where the payment to PayPal came out of saying that they denied my claim. Now I read something on Gun Broker that I need a police report. Do I go to my police in SC or notify his police in Tennessee. User's recommendation: Be careful how you pay a seller on Gun Broker.
