No one from Grove gun or gun broker cared to follow up on my problem. My advise if a dealer will not provide a phone number shop elsewhere. Same applies to gun broker. My ffl dealer said gun broker turn around time is weeks. No way to run a business. Gun has been shipped back to manufacturer. I'm writing this review but have no reason to believe anyone will ever reply to it. User's recommendation: Deal with someone else.
