Im want to report a agent by the name of Barbara Kerr who was very rude kept hanging up on me when I would call her shes just very mean was also rude to me when I went to work if establishment to see if she would honor a check that had been voided years ago shes very unprofessional mean rude very ugly to me in the phone thru text and in person I feel strongly that something should be done about this because how can yall have a ugly unprofessional woman she makes this company look very bad User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
