They locked me out of my account and family tree
I was a member since November 2008 and built quite an extensive Family Tree using the FREE service for years, but decided at the beginning of 2020 to pay for the PREMIUM service and continued to build my family tree. They locked me out of my Family Tree website when I refused to renew the Premium service in 2021. They will only allow technical support by telephone for Premium members... and there is no way to unlock the account via email, or any other method. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY from MyHeritage.com !
