I figured out that I need to book an extra luggage to my hand luggage for the flight tonight, however Norwegian that Im flying with cant help me when I call them and the site here at bravo fly where I booked my ticket doesnt work when Im trying to add the luggage. When Im calling the numbers for customer service no one answers. This is really the worst service Ive seen in a great while, I wish I could just cancel the ticket at this point.
