I made a reservation through Bravofly on 4/6 and when I directly contacted the airline, I found out that my booking has been canceled. Since my reservation has been canceled in 24 hours, I tried to request a full refund, but I could not find any customer service information on the website. I found a number +44 20 83** **81 almost 10 times, but I wasn't able to hear back. The website does not even have options to submit canceling/ modifying flights or requesting a refund. I have contacted the every SNS Bravofly has (Instagram, Facebook, a phone number that I received an automated confirmation message) and I still have not heard back from them. I officially have contacted the bank, but they are telling me that they are not 100% sure if they can refund me the full amount. User's recommendation: Never book a flight with this company. Ever.
