I never received my order 5/23/21

I ordered three bottles. of perfumes on 5/23/21 , my order number is 4545****, I have made numerous calls regarding this issue a was told UPS was not successful in delivering my order because I wasn't home I told customer service that I am home everyday due to my husband's medical condition , I tried to make contact again but your number is longer in service . I would rather have the perfumes but if I can't get the perfumes that I ordered them I want my refund returned to me . User's recommendation: It is hard to give a recommendation when I received poor service.
