Hello I am right now stranded in Amman airport, because thanks to your good organization, my flight was cancelled, and i did not get any emails informing me about it. Now i have been in the airport in Amman since 00:00 18/9/2020 because the country goes to lockdown at 1:00. And now i am stranded with no way to go to a hotel to get a night sleep with my back problems. There are no numbers answering for pegasus, and there are no representatives for Pegasus at Queen Alia International Airport. This is absolutely a disgrace to all services and to all airlines. How can you possibly be a bit professional if you let your clients stranded in airports because you let them book a fake ticket through YOUR OWN website. I blame pegasus for my distress, anxiety feeling and physical pain through this whole horrible experience. I demand a compensation and not a small one for my troubles, and it is well deserved. This is absolute negligence on your part. User's recommendation: Steer away from pegasus. ALWAYS pay 50+ more for better service. This wouldve never happened at KLM or fly dubai.
