Another customer screwed over

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased an ESP guitar that was over two thousand dollars from Sam Ash. First, it was not shipped 2nd day, it took over a week to get here. When it arrived, we knew immediately something was wrong. We took it to have it looked at by a certified ESP expert and he confirmed that it had a defect and advised us to return it. We sent it back and they claimed that it wasn't defective and charged me a three hundred dollar restocking fee. Then they said that they would refund two hundred of that and just keep a hundred for shipping but never credited me. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Don't buy from these guys, they are crooks and the customer service is terrible. Every single time they told me they would take care of something or call me back I never heard from them again until I called back. Again and again, to no avail. I spent over two thousand dollars with them and that's how they treated me even before we received a defective guitar that they then lied about and charged me for.
