UGG should allow the slippers to be returned free no mater where purchased. The store I called was extremely helpful and they are sending me a return lab,e and are holding a perfect pair for me. User's recommendation: Contact the store you purchased them from. Representative I spoke to told me the slippers were not defective, that the straps were In different spots was a design feature!
